Intake application: Feline

If you have a cat/kitten(s) that needs assistance, please fill out the form above. An Intake Coordinator will be in touch via email as soon as we can. 

We request an intake fee per cat/kitten of $50 or $100 for a litter of kittens under 10 weeks old. Whatever amount you can contribute is greatly appreciated. The average cost to intake a single animal at True Rescue is $153. Intake fees are requested and not required.
